Evelyn Burttram stumbled upon Fiber Art in High school thanks to a wonderful art teacher. She spent every lunch hour in the art classroom trying to figure out where her artistic talents were hiding. She struggled with painting, drawing and similar techniques but quickly fell in love with photography, knitting and crocheting. Over the years she would pick up one of these hobbies off the shelf, dust it off and enjoy for a while before trying to get back to “responsible adult life goals.” Eventually, she realized she didn’t want to put any of them back down and now she’s a full time maker and loving life!!!

Evelyn was named after her mother, who was named after her mother and so on and so forth for generations. She loves black coffee, hot apple cinnamon tea, photography, crocheting and getting to share her life with her best friend and husband and three furry 4-legged babies.
