Shannon Kelly, of DaisyLions Studio, is a maker who creates colorful messes wherever she goes. Her passions are Cinnamon Sunset tea, collecting more fabric than she’ll ever be able to sew, and watercolor painting.

After years of painting watercolor portraits that capture that magical spark of love between people, she took an artistic left turn to focus on painting birds. And because she is either foolish or fanatical, she decided to paint 30 birds in 30 days.

Cute birds, scary birds, ugly birds, she loves them all. If life feels drab or tedious, she truly hopes that her birds will remind you that there is an infinite amount of beauty in the world, if we take the time to look for it.
