Ages 8-12

The holiday frenzy will be over before you know it and the kids are going to start getting bored over that LONG holiday break! Send them over to GDS to burn some creative energy! Elexa Bancroft, musician and artist, will lead fun projects that include music appreciation, music history, composition and playing musical instruments combined with art-making! Campers will enjoy music games combined with drawing and creating. Listening projects, rhythm ball, boom-whackers, musical crafts, and sing-alongs are some of the highlights.

Campers will find inspiration to make art and creative projects led by professional artists and crafters in our art center. We promise your camper will bring home oodles of functional or artful works to hang in their room or give as gifts. Projects may include collage and mixed media art, drawing and crafting.

We encourage exploration and curiosity when it comes to the magical world of arts and crafts. Campers will take part in our creative community while making lasting friendships.
