Campers will find inspiration to make art and creative projects led by professional artists and crafters. This week we’ll focus on all things themed with faeries, elves and gnomes. Projects may include: creating magical little abodes, shadowboxes, clay modeling, felt gnomes, pet rocks, writing and illustrating a watercolor short story and ending with a celebration on International Faerie Day on Friday!
In his 1904 play Peter Pan, J.M. Barrie wrote when the first baby laughed, the laugh broke into a thousand pieces, and that was the beginning of fairies.
We encourage exploration and curiosity when it comes to the magical world of arts and crafts. Campers will take part in our creative community while making lasting friendships.
