- Painting Mermaids, Mar. 17th
March 17, 2016
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Instructor: Jen Singh
Create a watery scene with mermaids and other fanciful sea creatures. We’ll explore layering acrylic paints using translucent glazes and washes. Acrylics can be used to create thick, opaque layers too, and we’ll combine patterns and layers to create depth and texture. Using the provided imagery, we’ll also collage and include some minimal drawing to produce a finished, unique painting.
Acrylic paints, brushes, canvas boards, ink, mermaid and sea life imagery.
